1. Purpose. The app is intended for personal recording and tracking of vacation days. It is a private tool with no official link to your employer.

2. Account. Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity on their account.

3. Data. The data you enter is stored locally on the server where the app is installed. It is not shared with third parties.

4. Accuracy. The calculations shown are indicative. In case of discrepancy, the official Human Resources records prevail.

5. Liability. The app is provided "as is", without warranties. The author is not liable for data loss or decisions made based on the information shown.

6. Changes. These terms may be updated at any time; the date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.

7. Communications. By creating an account, you agree to receive emails from the app: account confirmation, service notices and promotional/advertising communications. You can opt out of promotional communications at any time via the link in the emails.
